Remember your 1st walk ? ,

Or you remember your 1st crawl as a baby ?

Do you remember the 1st word you spoke?

Answer is definitely ‘NO’. But the point is, you still  always took the ‘1st STEP’. First step to talk and first step to walk.

We don’t remember when we really took the 1st step. And now since we are so well versed in doing those things, we don’t even care. We don’t even appreciate that this first step brought us to the last step in the journey.

So lets say “Getting Fit “ is your goal .  You want to start losing weight but you cannot think about anything but just food. You are lacking the determination to start your regime or rather to take the first step towards your goal. Until and unless you don’t take the first step you won’t ever get yourself to do what you want.

For achieving your goal, you don’t need to see the entire staircase, you just have to take  the first step.

Don’t find an excuse to not get fit. Your work forms your priorities. You have your duties but health is wealth and without it you cannot achieve anything in life. Once a person gets straight about his choices in life he can achieve much more.

 One fine day, get up from your bed and make up your mind to take the first step to start the workout. That one day, will make the all difference. Because of that one day you will start trusting yourself..

A journey of thousand miles begins with a single step

Point is not about what you want to achieve with your 1st step. The point is that you might fail , fall , and get tired but you should always keep on taking that one step to reach your goal. The first step towards getting somewhere is to decide that you are not going to stay where you are..  Because making goals is easy , but taking that first step is the only difference between winners and losers.

So go ahead and take that first step…!
