Are we really there where we want to be?

Great things never came from comfort zones.

Everyone has some mission in their life which are often put out as goals. When I was in 10th, I wanted to have a career true to my word. Later on, I became an engineer.
When I became an engineer I had new goals. Then I achieved them and again had a new set of goals. This goes on and on, day after day, year after year. I became so busy in running after these goals that I never realized, when I got offtrack about knowing what I actually wanted.

That’s when I asked myself a question

Burden of expectations
Are you burdening yourself with expectations and goals?

“Is this what I want? ….”
“Is this where I wanted to be… ?”

In order to gain something we have to lose something… atleast that’s what people say.
But does it apply to real life.?

What I have found it is that you have to sacrifice a lot more to achieve a bigger goal.
Only setting the goal is not enough.
You have to make it happen.
Do whatever you want, and more importantly love whatever you do.

All these things run into my mind, while having a look at an old pic with my family. It’s like the brain signalling the mind to stop being so emotional and instead focus on what I want.

A constant drift between what you want and what you have achieved. Spending time with my family is the first most priority for me. But there is a struggle between being with them and making efforts to earn more, in a hope to make their life secure.

We are ambitious….and greedy. We want everything in life…..

We want to have the cake and eat it too.
But with this road of struggling for your achievements, please don’t forget that you can never achieve or get all the things you want….don’t get greedy too much.
You need to relax and take a step back. You need to enjoy the things which you have achieved till now, and more importantly with those people around u.

You may not be where you wanted to be but that doesn’t mean you are in the wrong place. You are just in a different path to achieve something different.

Because today on my way to achieve more, but at the cost of having less time with my family.

Don’t regret for anything and just remember that – “In Life what you really want; will never come easy”
